A new idea of anti-corrosion

Made of zinc, aluminium (up to 3.5%) and magnesium (up to 3%), Zincomax has a very dense protective film that acts as a barrier against the outside, preventing the underlying steel from coming into contact with the environment.

Self-repairing and self-healing

The 3% magnesium contained in its alloy makes it possible to create a protective film that heals naturally and self-repairs edges, holes, scratches and welds, providing high protection for the entire structure.

Simplified processing and more efficient welding

Thanks to the perfect adhesion of its metal coating, it can be bent, stamped and profiled while always maintaining a very high level of corrosion resistance even in deformed areas.

Every welding technique – arc, spot or HFI – is also facilitated by the reduced thickness of the coating and the high presence of magnesium, which increases the protection and durability of the welded areas.
